As per policy, requests for pauses must be submitted by Thursday before the week(s) of the pause. All services will be paused, including access to team training sessions, your program via the app, and training support via message. My policies can be found here.

Yes, I know you can get around my two week program termination notice by pausing and never restarting. Rather than tie you up in regulation, I choose to trust you to respect our relationship and be honest with me.
